Feedback
& Complaints

💬 We Welcome Your Feedback

Your voice matters—and we’re here to listen. Whether it’s a compliment, suggestion, or concern, we encourage you to contact us directly by phone or in writing. This helps us respond with care, confidentiality, and the attention your feedback deserves.

• Service and admin matters are reviewed by our Practice Manager and Office Manager.
• Clinical concerns are overseen and investigated by our nominated Partner.

We kindly ask that you avoid naming individual team members in public posts or forums. This protects everyone’s privacy and ensures we can identify and address your concern effectively. While we understand social media is widely used, it’s not the best place for resolving issues—and may limit how we can help.

We’re committed to responding in a timely and respectful manner. If you’re not satisfied with the process or outcome, you may choose to contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) for further review.

Thank you for helping us provide safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

St Agnes Surgery - Complaints Procedure

All complaints from external or internal parties are given due consideration and are followed through with the aim to explain and resolve the issue.

All complaints should be directed to the Patient Liaison Manager, although if the party does not wish to speak with the Patient Liaison Manager, any member of the practice may take details of the complaint.

Complaints will be followed up within a short amount of time to accept and acknowledge receipt and then follow up correspondence will occur when the issue has been investigated and resolved.

Patients and others have the opportunity to register their complaint either verbally or in writing (email or letter).

If the matter cannot be resolved, the patient is advised how to make a complaint to an external agency:
